Cancellation, modification, and errors
- No unilateral cancellation: After confirmation, you generally cannot cancel or modify a Bet unless the interface explicitly provides that function for the relevant product.
- Malfunction principle: If a game, betting market, or settlement is affected by a system malfunction, human error, obvious pricing/odds error, or communication failure, we may void, cancel, or correct the affected Bets and/or game outcomes to restore the position that would have existed absent the error, consistent with applicable rules and fairness principles.
- Settlement and finality: Bets are settled based on the official results feed(s) and our internal rules. If an official result is later corrected, we may adjust settlement where reasonably necessary.
Live casino, chat, and conduct
- Respectful behaviour: You must not post or send abusive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or harassing content in chat or messages.
- Prohibited actions: Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, chip dumping, use of bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is prohibited.
